Password Creation Date Report

Provide mechanism to output a report of Passwords Titles + Other Custom Fields, Dates of Creation, Dates of Last Update, Total Number of Passwords saved in History - to facilitate regular audits and updates.

Though a second feature request, adding a default custom field called priority would allow sorting by high priority vs. medium priority.
