Fix Cmd-F to jump to search when editing fields; is broken in 11.0.7

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Edit an entry

2. Click the Notes field (or Title, Username, Password, URL, Email, etc.) to focus the cursor there as though you are editing the field

3. Press Cmd-F

Expected Result:
* Focus moves to the search box at the top of the screen and can now type to search.

Actual Result: 
* Keychord is ignored, system beeps, focus stays in originally clicked field.
