Remove or change "Lock Safe" icon in iOS pwSafe

In macOS pwSafe, the “Lock Safe” icon is outside of the entry's UI pane, in a bottom-frame-strip of the app window.

In iOS pwSafe, the “Lock Safe” icon is inside the entry's UI pane, to the left of the “Protect” icon (which is not an icon in macOS).

This makes it very easy to accidentally lock the safe on iOS when the intent is to instead protect the entry.  

To avoid accidental locking of the safe, do any of the following:
1. Prompt the user to confirm locking the safe.  (Make this an app setting if you like.)
2. Move the icon to a different location.
3. Label the icons, or use a hamburger or ellipsis menu to choose options with full names ("Protect", “Show”, “Open URL…”)
