Change behavior of Enter key from rename to expand group

One annoyance that I keep running into is when I'm in the left entry navigation panel, I naturally press the return key to expand the group or open the entry, it changes to rename the entry. I've renamed groups and entries by accident more times than I can count, especially if I'm not paying attention to the screen.
Is it possible to change the return/enter key to mimic the behavior of the right arrow key. If not add an option in the settings to toggle between current behavior and Open/Expand.

For entries, the return key doesn't start renaming in my pwSafe, are you sure it does for you?
For groups, it does for me. I noticed that Finder behaves similarly, does Finder offer an option to change that behavior?
I usually prefer to stay as close as possible to Finder as people are used to that, so if Finder has an option for it I can copy that. Otherwise I need to think of something myself :-)

I just re-checked. You are correct, it does not rename individual entries using the enter key. Never mind that part.
The Group rename behavior does indeed mirror the Finder behavior. I find that behavior undesirable as well but rarely use the Enter(return) key when navigating in Finder, particularly when using the Columns view. I'd still like to option to change the behavior via a Settings checkbox to Expand vs. Rename.
You can change the description remove the “Group” reference.
