Alternate browser

It would be nice to be able to specify an alternate browser in Preferences that would be activated when the URL for a password is preceded by [alt] for those cases where the default browser isn't compatible with a web page (such as LOGIN.gov).

  I like the idea. I see the Windows version has similar support as documented here is that the inspiration of this idea?

  For people using the app cross-platform, that might introduce unexpected effects, if the default Windows and Mac browsers are different. Hmm, have to give this some thought..

  Work has started on implementing this feature.

  This will offer at least Chrome (if installed of course), if any other browsers are important to include please add a comment below.

  Maybe Safari would be another good choice. I use Brave as my default, but some sites don’t work on it.

  Good idea. To set my priorities, are you interested in this in the macOS version of pwSafe or the iOS version? Or both :-)

  This feature has been added to the app, will soon be released (version 11.1.5).
