pwSafe Cloud subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store.
To check whether you have an active subscription and cancel it:
- Open the Settings app on iPhone or iPad, or System Settings on Mac.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions. (on Mac select Media & Purchases first).
- Look for a subscription named pwSafe Cloud.
- If it is listed, tap it and choose the option to cancel the subscription.
If pwSafe Cloud is not listed, then there is no active pwSafe Cloud subscription for the Apple ID currently signed in on that device.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You can continue using pwSafe without a pwSafe Cloud subscription, but pwSafe Cloud features such as Cloud Memory and Cloud Backups will no longer be available after the current subscription period ends.
