If you are connecting to pwSafe Cloud for the first time and see a message such as "No existing account was found for ...", this usually means you have not created a pwSafe Cloud account yet.
To continue your first-time signup, tap Create New Account. That starts a new pwSafe Cloud account for the email address you entered.
If you already use pwSafe Cloud on another device, do not create a second account. Instead, open the Cloud screen on the device that is already connected and confirm the exact email address shown there, then use that same email address when registering the new device.
