If your safe is not shown in pwSafe (resulting in missing password entries), follow these steps to restore it from the pwSafe Cloud:
- Tap the Cloud button at the bottom of the pwSafe screen.
- Select Cloud Backups.
- Choose your safe file and restore it to your iPhone or Mac.
This can quickly recover your passwords if your safe has disappeared from the app. Ensure you have a backup available in the cloud before proceeding.
Note that an active pwSafe Cloud subscription is required. Without an active pwSafe Cloud subscription, you need to manage your own backups.
