If you encounter the error message "Pending registration not found"
when trying to connect to pwSafe Cloud, it may be due to using an expired approval link. These emails are only valid for 1 hour.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Delete all previous approval emails from your mailbox to ensure none remain.
- Retry the registration process once. It may take a minute or two for the new approval email to arrive.
- Use the Approve button in the new email to continue the registration process.
If the Approve button does not work, consider forwarding the email to pwSafe support for further assistance.
