Compass icon does not launch URL

We have received several reports that version 10.6 of pwSafe only opens URLs if the official URL prefix is used (like in https://pwsafe.app and not just pwsafe.app).

This affects the following versions:

• iOS version 10.6.0
• macOS version 10.6.0 and 10.6.1
