If you find that pwSafe is not accepting your safe password after updating to iOS 18, it may be due to the new iCloud terms and conditions from Apple. iOS may block access to iCloud Drive until these terms are accepted, which in turn prevents pwSafe from unlocking your safe.
To resolve this issue, check for any popups or notifications in your Settings app where you can accept the new iCloud terms and conditions. Once accepted, pwSafe should be able to access your password safe as usual.
