How can I import data into pwSafe?

You need pwSafe for Mac to import data (exported from another password manager). The iOS app does not support importing data currently. If you need this functionality in the iOS app, then please open a new feature request and describe your use case.

The User Guide contains detailed instructions how to import your data using pwSafe for Mac.

Alternatively, if you have access to a Windows device, you can also use the Password Safe program on Windows to perform the import. The databases are fully compatible, so you can copy (or even synchronize) your password database to a Windows device and import your data there. After importing your data copy your database back to your iOS or macOS device.
