pwSafe crashed, how can I report this?

Both iOS and macOS create a report when an app crashes, this report is stored on your device.

To help us fix the underlying issue, please send us the crash report with as much details as possible about what you were trying to do in the app.

Sending the crash report is really simple:

iOS

• Open the Settings app
• Go to Privacy - Analytics - Analytics Data
• Select the crash report pwSafe-(time of crash).ips
• Tap the share button, and save it

macOS

• Open the Console app, from Applications > Utilities in Finder
• Select Crash Reports
• Locate crash reports for pwSafe in the list
• Right-click the desired log’s file name
• Select Reveal in Finder

Sending the crash report

• Create a new support request. Please supply as much details as possible about what you were trying to do in the app.
• You will receive a notification email from our support system. Reply to this email and attach the crash report file.
