pwSafe crashed, how can I report this?

Both iOS and macOS create a report when an app crashes, this report is stored on your device.

To help us fix the underlying issue, please send us the crash report with as much details as possible about what you were trying to do in the app.

Sending the crash report is really simple:

iOS

• Open the Settings app
• Go to Privacy - Analytics - Analytics Data
• Select the crash report pwSafe-(time of crash).ips
• Tap the share button, and save it

macOS

• Open Finder
• Hold down the Option (⌥) key before clicking on the Go menu in the Finder's menu bar.
• The hidden Library folder will be shown in the list. Click on it to open it.
• Navigate into the Logs/DiagnosticReports folder to locate the most recent pwSafe crash log

Sending the crash report

• Create a new support request. Please supply as much details as possible about what you were trying to do in the app.
• You will receive a notification email from our support system. Reply to this email and attach the crash report file.
