On opening an application, macOS checks the integrity of the application. If any changes to the pwSafe application itself are detected, a popup will appear reading ""pwSafe" is damaged and can't be opened. Delete "pwSafe" and download it again from the App Store."
The best way to resolve this is by doing what macOS suggests, first uninstalling the pwSafe application, and then opening the App Store app to reinstall pwSafe (or just open this link).
Your passwords are stored in a safe which is separate from the pwSafe application (on macOS), so you can safely re-install pwSafe, your passwords will not be affected.
